Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy on parts or materials that have been delivered but not setup. If your carport was ordered without Installation, you have 10 days in which to inspect and return all items.
On items to be installed, you may cancel an order and request a refund at any time before your order has shipped.Â
Every effort will be made to insure that the product being installed is exactly how you ordered it. Once installed, your structure falls under the warranty of the manufacturer.Â

Warranty on Products Manufactured and Installed by Eagle Carports
1. Workmanship is guaranteed for 90 days after installation.
2. Painted sheet metal on all units are warrantied for 20 years against peeling, cracking, blistering, flaking, splitting or delamination on panels, assuming normal user care and maintenance (keeping clean of fallen leaves and other such debris as well as cleaning every [6] months). In the event the damage as set out above occurs within 20 years from installation, Seller has the right to repair or replace the damage, solely at Seller’s option.
3. ANY alterations, by anyone other than Subcontractor approved by Seller, VOIDS ALL WARRANTIES on the purchased unit.
4. Eagle Carports, Inc. is not liable for any damages as a result of inclement weather.
5. Any building with a regular style roof and or a boxed eve style roof longer than 31 foot is not covered under the 20 year limited warranty as set out above. Buyer specifically waives WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY on buildings with boxed eve or regular style roof, 31 foot or longer.
Buyer understands and agrees that by declining a vertical roof on any building which is longer than 31 foot, the building will NOT have the 20 year warranty described in paragraph 2. Any building 31 foot and longer without a vertical roof, has a 30 day workmanship warranty and no other warranties. The WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY on any building 31 foot without a vertical roof is specifically waived.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Restocking Fee
There are a few issues that might cause you to pay a "Restocking Fee"
For example, Site Preparation
It is crucial to ensuring a smooth installation. Failure to adequately prepare your site could result in additional labor charges or even a return trip fee which is either $150 USD or %5 of the building price whichever is higher.
Below is a list of Issues where a "Restocking Fee" would be applied.Â
- The ground is unlevel by more than 3” to 4” as the contract states and crew can not install.
- Concrete pad is not correct. IE, out of square, out of level, not cured, to course etc.
- When a customer calls to reschedule after the truck is loaded due to personal reasons or personal gain… Examples: I got called into work, I have to take my dog to the vet, I can’t be on site today after all.
- When a customer changes their mind on install (does not like product, color, dimensions, etc.) when a contract has been signed… Examples: that red looked more red in the office, I think I want vertical sides and ends now etc.
- Customers change significant aspects of the install after we arrive or have loaded the unit (e.g., decides they want it 2’ wider, wants a RUD on the side of the building, wants 4 windows that were not on original order, etc.).
- Customers cannot modify order once it has been brought to install, without paying a restocking fee. Customer has appointment (or any excuse) and needs to reschedule for their own benefit.Â
A RESTOCKING FEE DOES NOT APPLY WHEN:
- Install crew runs into technical issues and cannot install.
- Crew cannot / will not go up driveway for any reason.
- Crew re-schedules due to any reason.
- Crew brings wrong material from what the order actually states (color, size, panels, roof style, anchors, screws).
- Crew cannot locate a verifiable installation site.
- Storm / weather causes reschedule.
- Crew shows up to install on any date that the customer did not accept and the customer does not allow the installation to proceed.
- When a customer calls to let you know that they will get stuck if they come today, or any situation when the customers are trying to protect our crew from loss of money or time.
Example: It snowed here last night, it rained here last night and is now very muddy etc. etc..
